Subpart 308.5—Acquisitions of Government printing and related supplies

308.502 Policy.

Unless specifically authorized in HHS contracts, no printing by the Contractor or any subcontractor is authorized under HHS contracts, whether to support Government printing, to acquire related supplies, or to provide other printing-related services.

308.570 Contract clause.

The contracting officer must insert the clause at 352.208-70, Printing and Duplication, in all solicitations, contracts, and orders over the simplified acquisition threshold, unless printing or increased duplication is authorized by statute.
