Guidance for: The purpose of this letter announces that the HCFA reevaluated the policy that required State Medicaid agencies to enter into cooperative agreements with State Child Support Informant (CSE) and determined it no longer will require States to enter into these agreements, in light of CSE and Medicaid statues and regulations.
