2014 ICD 10 Addendum PCS Diff
This file provides a complete listing of all addenda in a format suitable for processing by computer. This file has one record for each PCS code deleted since 2013, one record for each PCS code added for 2014, and two records for each PCS code for which only the description has been revised, the first showing the old 2013 description and the second showing the new 2013 description. The file is in PCS code order.
