Question: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) no longer provides member details regarding the 2014 and 2015 Cost-sharing Reduction (CSR) Reconciliation payment amount. Can CMS clarify how issuers should reconcile incorrect CSR reconciliation payments?
