Question: Should issuers report that the issuer received a quality outlier notice from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), even if that notice has been resolved?
Answer: Yes, issuers should indicate whether they have received a quality outlier notice at any point in the current benefit year, if the issuer is filing a discrepancy. However, if the issuer does not have any discrepancies then this information is not required to complete the attestation.
