Question: After an issuer has attested and reported a discrepancy, how will the issuer receive access to the Overlapping Claims Web Form for reporting detailed overlapping claims research?

Answer: If an issuer has reported a discrepancy for overlapping claims, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will send a web form link to the issuer's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Designate and alternate for completing the detailed reporting. CMS will send the web form link on June 1, 2016.
