Question: Will the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) require issuers to complete the Attestation and Discrepancy Reporting Web Form in one (1) session, or can it be partially completed, saved, and returned to for completion later?

Answer: Issuers are able to save progress and return at a later time to the Attestation and Discrepancy Reporting web form.
