Question: If an issuer does not fill out the Overlapping Claims Web Form available to issuers June 1, 2016 by the June 8, 2016 deadline, will the issuer forfeit the issuer's next Reinsurance (RI) payment?

Answer: No. If an issuer does not complete the Overlapping Claims Web Form by June 8, 2016, the issuer will still receive the June payment. However, the payment may be reduced according to the results of the Overlapping Claims Summary Count query. Issuer research provided through the Overlapping Claims Web Form may prevent some payment reductions.
