Question: Will an issuer's access code allow that issuer to access all Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) IDs associated with the issuer?

Answer: Yes, the Attestation and Discrepancy Reporting process operates at the company level. Once an issuer confirms an access code, any HIOS IDs associated with that issuer's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Designate will be accessible using that access code.
