Question: Can issuers update the designated technical Point of Contact (POC) or request that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) send any communication to both the technical and business POC?

Answer: Issuers should email the ACAfinancialappeals@cms.hhs.gov email in order to update the technical POC. CMS will only send the appeals web form link to issuers' designated technical POC; however, CMS will also publish the appeals web form link in the user guide. CMS anticipates publishing the user guide in the Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) Library Friday, July 15, 2016.
