Question: Will the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) allow issuers to submit a request for reconsideration for Exchange Subscriber IDs that failed the CSRIL50 metric?

Answer: Issuers can submit any claim that was rejected but that the issuer believes should be accepted for the discrepancy process.
