The zip file linked for download below contains data on total and average payments and charges for 25 high volume procedures performed in the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASCs) setting, by state. Medicare fee for service claims from calendar year 2012 were used to support the development of these data files. The zip file contains the data in both excel and .csv format. A read-me file accompanies the .csv version.
