Annual Update to the Therapy Code List
This change request describes changes to, and billing
instructions for, payment policies for rehabilitation therapy services, including physical
therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology. This instruction updates
the list of codes that sometimes or always describe therapy services and their associated
policies.
