April 2024 Update to the Medicare Severity – Diagnosis Related Group (MS-DRG) Grouper and Medicare Code Editor (MCE) Version 41.1
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to implement new International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) procedure codes to the Medicare Severity – Diagnosis Related Groups (MS-DRG) Grouper and Medicare Code Editor (MCE) version 41.1, effective for discharges on and after April 1, 2024.
