April Update to the 2008 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Database
Payment files were issued to contractors based upon the 2008 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule. This change request amends those payment files and includes new/revised codes for the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative.
