Billing and Payment for Telehealth Services with Place of Service (POS) 10
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to inform MACs that Claims for covered Telehealth services using POS 10, if payable by Medicare, shall be paid at the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule non-facility rate and to revise the Internet Only Manual (IOM) Publication (Pub) 100-04 references to payment differentials based on Place of Service codes for Telehealth services.
