Chapter 7, Sanctions and ESRD Complaints and Grievances
We have revised Chapter 7 – Sanctions and ESRD
Complaints and Grievances to list sections 80 and 90 in the Table of Contents, which had
inadvertently been deleted in the first transmittal. We have clarified what documentation
the Network should have prior to initiating a sanction recommendation and have revised
several sections under ESRD Complaints and Grievances.
