CMS Guidance on TWWIIA Provisions Affecting Medigap Policies
This Bulletin provides states and issuers with guidance on the provisions of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA) which allow disabled beneficiaries to suspend and later to resume coverage under a Medigap policy if they obtain coverage under a group health plan.
