October 22, 2024 – 2025 COBA Crossover Fees
The standard per claim rate for eligibility file-based and Medigap claim based (or mandatory Medigap) crossover processes will remain at $0.31 per claim for 2025. The Crossover Fees document has been updated to reflect this and can be found in the download section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page.
October 9, 2024 - Updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact List Now Available
The updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact list has been added to the Download section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page.
October 7, 2024– Updated COBA Implementation User Guide is Now Available
The COBA Implementation User Guide version 7.4 is now available in the Downloads section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page. Please refer to Chapter 1 for a summary of changes.
