Colorado Managed Fee-for-Service Financial Alignment Model Demonstration
On February 28, 2014, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that Colorado will partner with CMS to test a new initiative to improve health care for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees. The Colorado Financial Alignment demonstration is scheduled to end on December 31, 2017. Medicare-Medicaid enrollees will continue to participate in Colorado's Accountable Care Collaborative delivery system.
