Contractor Number Changes for National Heritage Insurance Company - Jurisdiction A DME MAC Workload and AdminaStar Federal, Inc. - Jurisdiction B DME MAC Workload
The purpose of this change request is to notify all interested parties that effective July 1, 2006, numbers will be assigned to the contractors processing claims for two of the new DME MACs - Jurisdiction A and Jurisdiction B. Claims for Jurisdiction A will be processed by National Heritage Insurance Company for the States of Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Claims for Jurisdiction B will be processed by AdminaStar Federal for the States of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconson. DME workloads for the States of Virginia and West Virginia will be moved to Jurisdiction C at a later date. The new number for Jurisdiction A is 16003 - Jurisdiction B is 17003.
