December 17, 2024 – Changes to Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) on the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP) and Commercial Repayment Center Portal (CRCP)
Effective January 2025, for increased security, the MSPRP and CRCP will change the way users complete MFA verification. Current users who have previously completed the ID Proofing Process and have a Voice Call and/or Text Message (SMS) factor will need to activate a new MFA factor option of either Okta Verify or Google Authenticator by March 1st 2025, at which time the Voice Call/Text Message (SMS) options will be automatically deactivated. Changing MFA factors can be done in the applications beginning January 6th and full details will be provided in the January versions of the MSPRP and CRCP user guides.

October 21, 2024 – Updated ICD Code Lists Now Available
Updated ICD-10 and ICD-9 valid and excluded liability and no-fault code lists for 2025 are now available on the ICD Code Lists page.
October 7, 2024 – Updated Group Health Plan (GHP) Defense Reference Guide Now Available
The updated GHP Defense Reference Guide has been posted to the Download section of the Group Health Plan Recovery page.
