Corrections to Change Request (CR) 7270 - Changes to the Time Limits for Filing Medicare Fee For Service Claims
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to delete section 70.8.8 of Pub. 100-04, ch.1 because it should have been deleted by CR 7270. We are also making the correction of renumbering sections 70.8.8.6, 70.8.8.7, and 70.8.8.8 of Pub. 100-04, ch. 1 to sections 70.8.6.1, 70.8.6.2, and 70.8.6.3 because those three sections were numbered incorrectly in CR 7270.
