Guidance for FAQ regarding Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) Reconciliation and Data Submission

Question: If a QHP issuer has acquired another issuer and subsumed the issuer's policies under its own HIOS ID, should the issuer indicate that it has acquired and is reconciling here another HIOS ID's policies?
Answer: If the QHP issuer has changed the subscriber IDs and replaced the HIOS ID of the acquired issuer's business with its own, then the QHP issuer should answer Yes to the question of whether it merged with or subsumed another issuer and list the former HIOS ID of that issuer.
