Question: On the Issuer Summary Record, one of the required fields is 'Issuer Extract Time.' Can you please tell me the format in which data should be entered in order to populate this field? For instance, if the data is extracted at 1:25pm, how should this time be entered?

Answer: The valid format for the Issuer Extract Time is HHMMSS (Hour, Minutes, and Seconds). If the data is extracted at 1:25:20 p.m., the Issuer Extract Time should be populated as "012520". The requirements for the data element ID 106 "Issuer Extract Time" can be found on page 3 of the CSR Reconciliation Issuer to MIDAS Inbound Specification document.
