Question: To whom will CMS distribute automated emails?

Answer: Confirmation emails with file submission status for data files will be sent to the technical point of contact (POC) indicated on the issuer's data submission. Confirmation emails for attestation files will be sent to the POC that the issuer provided to CMS prior to the CSR reconciliation submission window.
