Question: What should the Issuer Extract Date and Time data elements in the Issuer Summary information represent?
Answer: The Issuer Extract Date and Time should represent the date and time that the data was pulled. Please note that the file naming convention that is required for attestation forms and data files also includes date and time stamp data elements, and these should be reflective of when the file is being transferred.
