Question: Do you know when the email with the attestation template for the final 2015 Edge submission (due 5/2/16) will be sent from CMS to the issuers?

Answer: CMS will not be emailing issuers an attestation template. Issuers will attest and file discrepancies as outlined in the 4/21 presentation entitled: Risk Adjustment (RA) and Reinsurance (RI) Attestation and Discrepancy Reporting Process for the 2015 Benefit Year, located in the REGTAP library.
