Dual Eligibles Outreach and Enrollment
Guidance for : As you know, older Americans who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid are among the most vulnerable persons we all serve. The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) is concerned that more be done to find and enroll more persons who both need and are entitled to benefits under both programs.
