Question: Can the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) advise where issuers can locate the presentation slides for the Enrollment Issuer Call Webinars?

Answer: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires all issuer call materials to undergo a clearance process prior to being distributed to issuers and the public, and this may affect the posting and availability of call materials. Slides that have already been posted can be located in the Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) Library by selecting 'Enrollment and Eligibility' in the Program Area field. Then select 'Presentation Slides' under the Resource Type field.
