Question: I received an Unauthorized Enrollment Finder File (UEFF) via Electronic File Transfer (EFT). What do I do?

Answer: All issuers who received the file should have also received instructions via email. Issuers should also refer to the Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) Library for the posted UEFF Instruction Letter and Specification following the distribution of each UEFF. If an issuer did not receive instructions or has additional questions, please send all inquiries to MarketplaceIntegrity@cms.hhs.gov.
