Guidance for FAQ regarding Eligibility and Special Enrollment Period (SEP)

Question: Can the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) advise if there is a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for missionaries returning to the United States (U.S.)?

Answer: An individual may qualify for an SEP if he or she has a change in primary place of living. This includes moving to the U.S. from a foreign country or United States territory.
