Question: Where can a new Stand-Alone Dental Plan (SADP) entering the 2017 Individual Marketplace obtain testing information for 2017?

Answer: The SADP should refer to the Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Certification Agreement which will include standards for issuer testing prior to the beginning of Open Enrollment (OE).
