Question: Is there an established time limit in which consumers can submit a cancellation request via a Health Insurance Casework System (HICS) case, for a passive re-enrollment that does not have claims attached?
Answer: There is not an established time limitation for passive re-enrollment cancellation requests which do not have claims attached, since these cancellations are usually related to duplicate coverage, or a consumer being auto re-enrolled, but without notification.
