Question: Why are issuers no longer receiving emails from the Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) and how can issuers start receiving emails again?
Answer: As issuers update defenses for the ever changing cyber security landscape, some previously approved REGTAP emails are now being blocked. Issuers experiencing this issue should provide the issuer's point of contact for IT security to the REGTAP Registrar at 800-257-9520 or Registrar@REGTAP.info for assistance in remediating the issue.
