Question: Where can a separated and updated listing of all bulletins for the 2017 plan year be found?

Answer: Issuers can view the full list of Enrollment resources, including bulletins, in the Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) Library. From 'My Dashboard', click on the 'Library' icon. On the Library page, select 'Enrollment and Eligibility' in the Program Area field. Issuers can also view the Most Recent Webinar Presentations, Core Resources, and Topics of Interest on the Enrollment and Eligibility (ENR) Resource Page. To access the ENR Resource Page, from 'My Dashboard', click on the 'Program Area Pages' icon. On the Program Area Pages page, click on the 'Enrollment and Eligibility (ENR) Resource Page' link.
