Question: Do consumers who failed to reconcile taxes and lost the Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC) and are eligible for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) have a designated amount of time to make the plan change and must the consumer submit supporting documentation?

Answer: Consumers will have 60 days from the date of their EDN that reflects they are no longer eligible to change plans and to submit their documentation to determine if they are eligible for an SEP.
