Healthcare Cost Report Information System (HCRIS) Dataset - Freestanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC14)

This data was reported on form CMS-224-14. The data in this release includes years FY2015 to present.

FQHC cost reports were previously submitted on CMS-222-92 and are available on the Cost Report HCLINIC page.

The FQHC14 Cost Report Data contains cost and statistical data for Freestanding Federally Qualified Health Center providers.

The dataset includes only the most precise version of each cost report filed with CMS. The dataset is normally updated quarterly and is available on the last day of the month following the quarter's end.


This cost report dataset for can be loaded into Microsoft Excel, however, most of our data users are loading the data into Microsoft Access, Oracle, SAS, SPSS Statistical Package, Microsoft SQL Server, and DB2. CMS does not support or provide any technical assistance of user's choice of data load.

These files should be unzipped with Winzip 8.0 or a higher version.
