Full Replacement of CR 3639, Expansion of Coverage for Chiropractic Services Demonstration

Guidance for the Chiropractic Services Demonstration and explanation that Medicare is expanding coverage under Part B for services chiropractors are legally authorized to provide under their State practice acts that would otherwise be payable when provided by another Medicare-recognized practitioner, such as a physician or physical therapist.
