Guidance for rescinding Transmittal 808, dated November 12, 2010 and replaced by Change Request 7333, Guidance for transmittal 865 to add Business Requirement (BR) 7073.1.1 which is now BR 7333.1.1 and the removal of DMEPOS supplier status code of “R” from BRs 7073.2.1 and BR 7073.3.1 which are now BR 7333.2.1 and BR 7333.3.1.
