Home Health Agency (HHA) Capitalization Requirements
Guidance for plans, informing that all of the provisions of 42 CFR 489.28 are incorporated in this guidance, No new requirements are being added as a result of this change request, as contractors are already required to apply the provisions of 42 CFR 489.28 to incoming HHAs and to verify that such HHAs are in compliance with said provisions.
