Guidance for providing an overview of deadlines for submitting data related to the Home Health Quality Reporting Program.

Overview

The Quality Assessment Only (QAO) performance requirement for the home health Annual Payment Update (APU) is submitting OASIS assessments, of which at least 90% meet the definition of “quality assessment”. The table below shows the 2024 QAO reporting schedule for home health agencies for . More information on the QAO performance requirement is available on the Home Health Quality Reporting webpage. The QAO Interim and Annual Performance Reports will remain in the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) folders for 120 days.
