NOW AVAILABLE- Final version of the OASIS-E1 All Items Instrument

The final version of the OASIS-E1 All Items instrument is now available in the Downloads section, below.

NOW AVAILABLE- Final OASIS-E1 Time Points Instruments 

The final OMB-approved OASIS-E1 time points Instruments, effective 1/1/2025, are now available in a zip file in the Downloads section, below. 

A change table OASIS-E1 Instruments March 2024 – December 2024 Changes, also available in the Downloads section, below, lists minor corrections from the draft to final versions. The final OASIS-E1 All Items instrument will be posted when available.

The draft Outcome and Assessment Information Set Version E-1 (OASIS-E1) All Items instrument, scheduled for an effective date of January 1, 2025, is available in the Downloads section below. The accompanying OASIS-E1 Manual will be released at a later date.

The final Outcome and Assessment Information Set Version E (OASIS-E) All Items and time point versions of the instrument, effective January 1, 2023, are available in the Downloads section below. A log of changes from the draft to final instrument and Manual is also available in the Downloads section on the OASIS Users Manuals page.
