January 2009 Update of the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System
This Recurring Update Notification describes changes to and billing instructions for various payment policies implemented in the January 2009 ASC update. As appropriate, this notification also includes updates to the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS). This recurring update applies to Pub. 100-04, chapter 14, sections 10.2 and 40.8
