Data are only estimates to identify areas to target LIS outreach. They are not based on exact counts of LIS eligible people. In areas where few people live, the percentage density numbers are particularly prone to variability.
Wisconsin data may include some beneficiaries receiving prescription coverage through the state pharmacy plus program.
Counties with fewer than 10 in the target audience show as 0.
