The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to instruct contractors to flag claims that have already processed as fee-for-service (FFS) if the Making Care Primary (MCP) beneficiary file is updated late as an Informational Unsolicited Response (IUR) and have the pricing corrected as part of the MCP Model, along with other scenarios for reprocessing claims in line with model logic.
