Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines 3-16-2022

This document provides sub-regulatory operational instructions to support the regulations in CFR 422 & 423, subpart V. Specifically, the guidance herein provides Medicare Advantage and Part D plans with instructions on how they can market their products and compensate those entities who sell those products.
