Medicare Advantage Encounter Data – Announcement of Data Exchange Reports - Clarification
Guidance for the upcoming availability of a new report, called the Encounter Data – Data Exchange, and are intended to improve the accuracy of data submissions for key data fields and identify potential areas of incomplete submissions.
