For updated facility standards, please review the final decision memorandum for Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty (PTA) Concurrent with Stenting of the Carotid Artery (Appendix B, NCD 20.7, section B4).

Between 03/17/2005 and 10/10/2023, the following facilities met the CMS's minimum facility standards for performing carotid artery stenting for high risk patients.
