Guidance for all Prescription Drug Plan and Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug Plan Sponsors regarding the release updated Chapter 5 of the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Manual (Benefits and Beneficiary Protections). The revisions to Chapter 5 reflect changes previously released in the final regulations published in the Federal Register on April 15, 2010 and 2011 and in the Calendar Year 2012 Medicare Advantage Capitation Rates and Medicare Advantage and Part D Payment Policies and Final Call Letter released on April 4, 2011.
